Began in 2015, Woodin Creek Village has grown in phases to now having 778 units.
The Challenge Faced by Woodin Creek
→ The onsite team would spend 15 minutes just to send one email with info specific to a future move-in.
→ The email was sent inconsistently and most times ignored by the future move-in.
→ The onsite team would then have to spend 45+ minutes on the day of move-in to complete items side by side with the resident.
The Solution
Flamingo’s digital move-in check automates the entire move-in, renewal, and move-out process by automating all of these tasks including information presentation, collection, unit inspection, renter’s insurance verification, utility set up, task management, onboarding, and reminders for future residents that might have fallen behind.
Residents use the Woodin Creek branded resident engagement and experience app to complete and check items off as they complete them or submit required information. All the information is then pushed directly to Yardi.
The onsite team simply reviews the Flamingo dashboard to see where residents are in the move-in process.
