We’re excited to share some new updates to our platform and app that make life easier for both residents and property managers. Now, residents can complete tasks directly within their checklists, set notification preferences during their first login, and you’ll have more control over what they see first when they open the app. Plus, we’ve added new tools like early notice collection from pre-renewal surveys and easy enrollment into Resident Advisory Councils. And, to top it off, we’ve doubled the number of event hosts in our Resident Event Marketplace and added some fun new events for your community. Check out all the details below!
Move-In, Renewal, and Move-Out Checklist Tasks Can Now Be Linked to App Pages
⮕ Residents completing a checklist item no longer have to manually exit the checklist to complete certain tasks.
⮕ Now, they can complete each task directly within the checklist.
⮕ For example, if the task is to reserve the freight elevator, they can make that reservation directly within the task.
Residents Can Set Notification Preferences During 1st Login & App Onboarding
⮕ App onboarding now includes the option for residents to update their notification preferences right from the start.
⮕ This means residents can decide how they want to hear from you—text, email, or push notifications—right from the beginning.
You Can Now Control the Resident App Landing Page
⮕ You can now set the exact page that residents land on when they first open the app.
⮕ Want them to see events first?
⮕ Or would you prefer they see the resident rewards page first?
⮕ This gives you more control over your residents’ app experience.
You Can Collect Early Official Notice After Pre-Renewal Survey
⮕ You can now prompt residents to provide official notice if they indicate in their pre-renewal survey that they won’t be renewing.
⮕ This way, you can know months ahead of time if a resident isn’t going to renew, giving your marketing team a longer lead time to fill the unit.
⮕ It also gives your transfer team and In-App ILS a higher chance of keeping the resident within your portfolio by transferring them to another community.
You Can Now Enroll Residents into Your Resident Advisory Council & Focus Groups
⮕ Your residents can now opt in to join your Resident Advisory Council.
⮕ By doing so, you can now quickly know which residents to reach out to for feedback via surveys or focus groups on how to improve your resident experience.
