Monitoring your reviews allows you to catch things quickly. Be proactive with your resident communication to uncover anything your residents may find disruptive. The first step towards avoiding negative reviews is to remove uncertainty and the element of surprise.
Remember, a reputation management system should do 5 things:
- Alerts you whenever a new review is written
- Consolidates all your reviews in one place so you are not having to visit each review site
- Allows your to reply to all reviews from one place
- Provides you with pre-set response templates you can
- Shows you trends & insights from the reviews across all your channels
Where to Find Reputation Management
You will find reputation management within the Flamingo Dashboard, located under the Manage tab at the top. Then Reputation Management on the left bar menu.

Connecting Accounts
This is where you can add your review sources such as Google MyBusiness, Facebook, Yelp, Apartments.com, ApartmentRatings.com, and ApartmentGuide.com with just a simple click (or two).

To connect accounts simply navigate to the channel and click Connect, you will be prompted to login, just follow the instructions on screen to finish the connection.

Once you have connected these accounts, it’s easy to view and reply to reviews as they come in, with notifications of new ratings.
