As long as you don’t need access to the features available in the paid plans, you can stay on the Free plan as long as you like. We only charge for events that you request through the Event Marketplace.

A resident portal app allows residents to pay rent, request maintenance, or reserve amenities. A resident engagement app works to drive engagement and retention. It complements and integrates with your resident portal app. It also integrates many other things that residents need – e.g. mobile keys – all to one place.
We can integrate with almost any system. Some of out current integrations include Yardi, RealPage, Entrata, RentManager, package management systems, virtual Key systems like Dormakaba, etc.
Yes! Our free package includes the resident engagement app, but it’s not a requirement. If you prefer, you can use Flamingo only to book resident events.
