What Your Team Needs to Provide

Indoor common area or room with open space
Room (approximately 6 square feet per person) for people to practice physical techniques
Chairs for people to sit on for the discussion section of the workshop; and room to either move chairs out of the way or, enough room for a second space to practice physical techniques
Computer and projector (this can be provided upon request)
Eblast Marketing Flyer to residents (if you don’t have Flamingo’s resident engagement and rewards app)
Collect RSVPs (if you don’t have Flamingo’s resident engagement and rewards app)
Encourage residents to share pictures from the event
