What is included would be based on your available budget:

  • 16 ft – 32 ft screen & Projector
  • Onsite Attendant
  • Provide a DVD/Blu-ray player
  • If you choose to use a device other than our DVD/Blu-ray player, the client is responsible for providing any proprietary video adapters aside from HDMI or VGA connections to run their respective device including but not limited to: PC laptops, Macbooks, tablets, phones, IPads, Apple TV , Amazon Firestick, Roku, Chromecast, etc.
What Flamingo HQ Will Provide
  • Marketing flyer and instructions​ (Optional)
  • Free Branded Resident Engagement, Rewards & RSVP App (Optional)
  • Reward Points for residents that RSVP with the Engagement App
  • Post-Event Pictures, Attendance & Recap (If you have the App)
What Your Team Needs to Provide
  • A point of contact to meet the Movie Team (provide a cell phone number)
  • A DVD or Blu-Ray disc or Movie file on site.
  • Large outdoor space with the ability to secure the screen by staking into ground
  • Electrical outlets within 100-ft (additional fees apply if electrical outlets are not available)
  • Client is responsible for content and subject matter being projected/broadcasted/exhibited.
  • Eblast Marketing to residents (if you don’t have Flamingo’s resident engagement and rewards app)
  • Collect RSVPs (if you don’t have Flamingo’s resident engagement and rewards app)
  • Encourage residents to share pictures from the event
