Johnny wasn’t sure that events were the right way to drive resident retention, but once he decided to get more in touch with his residents by doing surveys and being more present on site; he decided that it was the best way to drive community. It worked! After taking resident events seriously and working to improve each event’s ROI, retention rates improved tremendously which in turn made leasing apartments easier.
