TriVista on Speer, a Legacy Partners managed apartment community, was looking for creative ways to keep residents engaged despite the COVID-19 lockdown. The onsite management team connected with Flamingo and agreed on a Virtual Wine & Paint event.
Flamingo’s resident events team fully managed the event including shipping painting kits directly to the Denver community. The painting kits were then distributed to the lucky residents that had RSVPed quickly enough to earn a spot.
The event was a great success as 20 residents participated over Zoom Video and posted their paintings on Facebook. The resident with the most likes won a $100 gift card.
Posting on Facebook was a great way for residents to show off their master pieces and also a great way for TriVista on Speer to increase their social media presence.
Residents left very positive feedback about the Virtual Wine and Paint Event: “Thanks for a fun afternoon” ; “This was so much fun! Thanks!”; “Thanks for this fun event!”
The property management team was satisfied with the event as well. Allison Prins, Assistant Property Manager had this to say:
“It went really well! I sat in on the event over Zoom and everyone seemed to have a really fun time! The instructor was great as well, everyone seemed to really enjoy her. Thank you so much for offering virtual events! Our residents definitely needed it.”
We are always excited to see amazing properties like TriVista on Speer that prioritize resident engagement even during hard times. The post event recap can be found here.
