Common questions about the monthly package

Is there a contract or minimum term?

No. Monthly subscriptions are month-to-month. Cancel any time with 30 days notice. We've never required a contract because we don't have to — buildings stay because the events work.

What's the difference between Standard and Premium?

Both tiers include 2 events/month and the same dedicated rep, app, signage, RSVPs, marketing, analytics, and integration. The only difference is event types. Standard ($750/mo) covers Bingo, Karaoke, Food Trucks, Fitness, and Trivia. Premium ($1,500/mo) adds Mixology, Cooking Classes, BYOB Wine & Paint, Comedy Shows, Live Caricature Artists, and other premium experiences.

What if we don't use all 2 events in a month?

Unused events don't roll over to the next month, but most buildings use all 4 once they see attendance lift. Your dedicated rep proactively schedules the calendar so you don't have to remember.

Can we switch tiers?

Yes, switch between Standard and Premium any time, effective the next billing cycle. Many buildings start on Standard and upgrade to Premium once residents are engaged.

What if my building doesn't have a digital signage screen yet?

We provide one as part of the package. The screen is included at no additional cost; we ship and install with monthly subscribers.

Does the resident app cost extra?

No. The branded resident app is fully included in both Standard and Premium tiers. Custom-branded with your property colors, logo, and name — no setup fees, no per-resident pricing.

How does the dedicated rep work?

You get one named Flamingo rep who knows your building, your residents, your preferences. They proactively schedule events, check in monthly, and handle anything that comes up. Reachable by email, phone, or text.

Can we use the monthly package for multiple buildings?

Each subscription covers one building/property. For portfolios of 5+ buildings, contact us for portfolio pricing — there are meaningful discounts at scale plus a regional account manager.

How fast can we get started?

Most buildings have their first event hosted within 14-21 days of signing up. Book a demo this week and you could be running your first event by the end of the month.

What if I'm not ready for monthly yet?

Start free with Pay-As-You-Go. You can book individual events at any time, and upgrade to monthly when you're ready. Many buildings start PAYG, run 3-4 events, and switch over once they see how much time it saves.
