Move-ins are usually filled with check-lists and never-ending tasks. It’s easy to forget that move-ins are also a great opportunity to welcome residents and give them an amazing experience. The idea of the ribbon-cutting ceremony that Village Green does with all their move-ins came to Kyrell because of his experience moving in and out of different places. He understood that moving into a new place is special and can be a daunting endeavour, and he wanted to support his residents through this time and make a fun event out of every move-in.
